摘要
This retrospective study was conducted to determine if single event multi-level chemoneurolysis (SEMLC) with botulium toxin A (BTX-A) and phenol improves function and the consequences of spasticity in children with cerebral palsy (CP). We reviewed the charts of 64 children with spastic CP who underwent SEMLC. Statistically significant improvements of range of motion (ROM), spasticity, gross motor function as determined by motor age and upper extremity function (p< 0.05) were noted regardless of age or severity.
