摘要
For video real-time monitoring system in different wireless channels, a reliability guarantee technology whose parameters are variable is designed. And this technology improves the video quality of wireless real-time monitoring system greatly. After a detailed introduction of the overall scheme and theory, the design of the reliability guarantee technology is focused on. The size setting of image buffer, the parameters setting of H.264 encode, the frame processing mechanism and the transfer protocol of RTP/RTCP are contained in this design, which guarantee the high reliability of wireless real-time monitoring system. Finally by using the tests in WiFi/WCDMA/TD-LTE channels, the performance indicators are analyzed, and the validity of the design scheme is verified.
