Study on the Support of Science and Technology for International Service Outsourcing in Jilin Province

Science and technology can support for the development of international service outsourcing, and the support comes from the output of science and technology, the information transmission, the input of science and technology as well as the human resource. Based on the analysis on the support of science and technology for the international service outsourcing, this paper sets an indicator system. According to statistical data, the paper uses the principal component analysis to evaluate the support of science and technology for the development of international service outsourcing. It shows that the support is weak in Jilin province. In order to further develop the support of Science and Technology for International Service Outsourcing in Jilin province, the paper puts forward some measures, that is: to improve the input of science and technology, to train and introduce professionals, to build transformation mechanism from science and technology to productivity, to improve the level of information service.
