摘要
Water soluble humic acid was removed from solution by Aspergillus fumigatus (abbr. A. fumigatus) mycelial pellets. The biomass exhibited maximum biosorption capacity at pH 4.0. Humic acid biosorption tended to equilibrium at 180 min. Biosorption capacity was found to decrease with increase of mycelial pellets dosage and their particle size. The effect of temperature on equilibrium biosorption capacity was also estimated. Biosorption functional group interactions between mycelial pellets and humic acid were analyzed by the aid of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) technology. The results showed that amino in the A. fumigatus acted with the carboxyl of humic acid molecules by chemical actions, and formed hydrogen bonds with the hydroxyl groups during the endothermic biosorption process.
