摘要：
The Partnership Approach described in this article is designed to empower the adolescent girl in her own psychotherapy through a process of shared decision-making. Through the integration of feminist therapy tenets with current research on adolescent girls, the Partnership Approach focuses on valuing diversity and valuing strengths in today's adolescent girl clients, their families and their communities.
