SOCIOLOGICAL ASPECTS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MILITARY ORGANIZATION

The author, in his researches on human resources management in the military environment, tries to identify certain aspects of the sociological approach of this process in the military life. Thus, in the present work, the reader discovers interesting connections of the sociological aspects related to the efficient management of the human manpower in today's armies. The application of modern leadership principles in the military organizations can not neglect the sociological sights of the system as a whole. The authority invested in the military ranks establishes the place of the persons having different rank, the role they need to play and the importance of clear understanding each other's position and the responsibility they have along the military chain of command. At the end, the subject depicted in the work highlights the need to establish an environment of high discipline spirit based on self compliance with the military system requirements and on strong individual integrity and clear vision towards reaching high standards of professional performances.
