摘要
Although the computer software have been widely used in holding phase of games, such as for player registration, match schedule, results' statistics and publishing, etc., but it has not been reported yet in China that the management information system is used in preparation phase of games. It is described first time in this paper that the design and development of the management information system, used in preparation phase of a large-scale comprehensive games (MISPG). The core functions of this software are task management, including task assign, task examine and approve, progress display, report and response, etc. Its characteristics are the workflow management, and all tasks formed a closed cycle begin with assigned and end with examined, that is, a closed loop of management. The relationship is specially established for a task with its "pre-task" and "follow-up task", and the task management will be more efficient and effective. In this case the process delay will be found and controlled in advance. All tasks in national games in China have been preset in the database of software.
