What does "vascular epilepsy" mean?

What does "vascular epilepsy" mean? Stroke is associated with an increased risk of seizure, status epilepticus ans epilepsy. We usually distinguish early seizures defined as those occurring within 7 or 14 days after stroke and late seizures occurring more than 14 days after. "Vascular epilepsy" is defined as at least two unprovoked seizures, at least one week after stroke, with proved relationship between epilepsy and stroke.
