Engineering of Evaluations: Case Study of Metro construction in the city of Rio de Janeiro

This paper refers to a technical expertise with the results presented coming from a technical report requested in a decree which was conducted by engineers settled in federal public agencies, thus legitimizing the best work and employing more reliability to solve the doubts of the competent judge in the Ministry of Labor and Employment. Finally, this work emphasizes the importance of Appraisal Engineering Study and Expert Engineering for enabling authorization reports for uninterrupted work operations. From these results, a Technical Opinion was given by an institution of Science and Technology - ICT, of the federal government, with technical arguments presented and demonstrated in this article, seeking the approval of the authorization of the completion of the project without interruption for 24 hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
