Research on the Inheritance and Development of the Traditional Sports Performance Events of the Ethnic Minorities

Along with the unceasing enhancement of the economic level and the social level in our country, people's life is gradually improving, and the sports have gradually been paid attention to. Tianjin of China in 1953 organized the first minority national tradition sports games, as the prelude of the research and development of the traditional minority national sports performance projects. China also attaches great importance to the development of the traditional minority sports performance projects, organizes the games to strengthen the exchanges and communication, and encourages the minorities to excavate the national characteristics, to develop the sports cultures. In the minority sports meeting over the years, the traditional sports performance projects are the key. Through the sports performances, all the nations fully reveal the national customs and cultural characteristics. This paper will discuss the inheritance and the development of the traditional minority national sports events.
