摘要：
A new technique to build PDMS membrane is presented. We used this membrane in a biological application and built some microbioreactors for cell cultures with inserted membrane. These microbioreactors were loaded with primary adult rat hepatocytes. Cultures monitoring showed a good rearrangement of the cells, a large increase in the albumin secretion and ammonium detoxification by the cells compared to static cultures and validated the use of these microbioreactors in cell cultures.
