摘要
This paper presents the results of the study concerned the topic of the possibility of nanowire creation based on the two-dimensional hexagonal boron-nitride (h-BNS) surface. We have calculated adsorption characteristics of alkaline metal atoms on the h-BNS and have found the most stable variant of atomic alkaline metal chain. The calculations were made according to the semi-empirical MNDO scheme using the molecular-cluster model.
