摘要：
The study of organizational behavior can be enhanced by the use of computational models. The notion of considering organizations as a society of agents provides a convenient framework for modeling and simulation. This paper discusses the advantages of using computational models for experimentation and reviews some of the prior work done in this area. Related modeling approaches, strategies, and the impact of assumptions are also discussed.
