摘要
We developed a novel growth method of CNTs on glass substrate for device applications. With resist-assisted patterning (RAP) method, we had grown CNTs on glass substrate, which were strongly bonded with glass substrate. The electron emission current showed a current density 14 mu A/cm(2) at 7 V/mu m field.
