摘要
The rotating speed of a light rotor often reaches 90,000 rpm. It's an arduous task to ensure it to run reliability. During experiments and employment of the rotor, faults that the journal rubs against the bearing surface and the rotating blade rubs against the stator were often happened. This fault is very dangerous and often it can make the whole system lose efficiency, in order to find the reasons of it, the vibration signals of the rotor bearing in three dimensions were measured and were analyzed by signal analysis apparatus - HP3567A. According to analyze self-power spectrum, waterfall spectrum and tracking spectrum of the signals, the rotor vibration features were determined and the reasons that cause the rubbing fault were found out. These results can help us to repair the product and improve its quality.
