摘要
In this paper a UV sensor is demonstrated, operating at less than 1 V bias and showing a switching range as high as 60 dB for seconds of exposure. To this achievement, light-induced conductance switching in solution processed TiO2 is exploited. Information retention can be tuned from few seconds to almost permanent according to processing conditions. In addition, processing involves a limited thermal budget, which in perspective makes the device compatible with plastic substrates. Prototypical detector arrays, developed as simple crossbar thanks to the peculiar light-matter interaction mechanism, are tested as imagers. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
