摘要
In some large indoor public spaces, the air usually contains a large amount of bacteria and viruses. Chlorine dioxide at a certain concentration has good disinfecting effect without causing harm to the human body. We conduct conceptual design of a large-scale indoor gaseous chlorine dioxide disinfection system. The raw materials including sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid are fed into the pre-mixing reactor and then enter the gasification reactor to produce the chlorine dioxide solution. After aeration, the chlorine dioxide gas enters the central air conditioning system via the pipelines, by which it is evenly distributed in the air. The chlorine dioxide concentration sensor is equipped in public spaces to ensure real-time adjustment of feeding amount of raw materials. As a guarantee of production safety, a rapid cooler is designed; a unique aeration disc and a chlorine dioxide distributor are also designed. We hope this disinfection system will be of high social, environmental and economic benefits.
