摘要
In this paper we propose a methodology for supporting human-centred annotation of documents, based on adaptive information extraction. We describe the interplay between IE system, annotation interface and users. We discuss our model in terms of timeliness and intrusiveness of the IE system with respect to the human activity. Then we present an experiment that quantifies the gain in using IE as support to human annotators.
