摘要
Since China has become a member of the WTO, our economy is facing the influence and impact which come from the global economy in the greater scope and the deeper level, participating in the international competition has been the only way to develop our financial industry. In the current complicated international economical environment, how to resist the impact of the foreign financial industry and participate preferably in the international competition turns to be the problem for the domestic financial industry to deal with. In the 21st century, to a large extent, the new competition between the international commercial banks is in the level of the enterprise culture. This turns to be a more and more important topic that how to find out a particular way to construct the enterprise culture of our state-owned commercial bank. This article comments on this topic in the two aspects that the internal spiritual culture construction and the external enterprise image building, which is on the basis of the reference of enterprise culture construction experience of the foreign excellent commercial banks.
