摘要
The scenario of formation of the long-term (Solar Cycle, secular, and longer-period) variations in the heliospheric parameters as a result of the combined action of the internal (long-term variations in solar activity) and external (heliospheric structure) factors is discussed. The corresponding approaches to describing the long-term variations in the intensity of galactic cosmic rays (GCRs) are considered.
