摘要：
High demands of calculating resources for processing even typical computer linguistics tasks and durable execution of complex algorithms significantly obstruct the development of program tools for mass use. Within development of multi-user natural language processing tools with one processing and management core it is important to dispatch user requests basing on forecasts of execution time and required resources, monitoring of available resources, and queueing subsystem considering the details of natural language processing.
