摘要
The paper describes an application of the AHP (an Analytic Hierarchy Process) for calculations of reward coefficients in a system for staff rewarding and motivation. The system, developed by the authors of this paper, is currently called CRAMS (Clear Rewarding and Motivation System). In the first part of the paper the authors present the diagram of the system, provide information about the philosophy behind the system, a description of its basic principles, and identify the expected benefits gained by the application of the system in a project-oriented organization. The second part of the paper describes the application of the AHP for reward coefficients calculations. A process for "reward coefficients setup" is also described. The third part of the paper contains a simple example of the practical application of the system in a project-oriented organization.
