摘要
In order to improve the agility of powder metallurgy enterprises and reduce manufacturing cost, we have studied the strategy of production process control of manufacturing system for powder metallurgy enterprises in this paper. By means of real-time information detecting, collecting, processing and comprehensively analyzing, the working state and load parameters of the main production equipment can be obtained to predict production efficiency as well as production cost of the manufacturing system. In addition, this information can be a direct basis for. the production control to increase the agility and flexibility of the system in the cases such as urgent orders or equipment failures.
