摘要
Internet based information and communication technology can serve as a catalyst in saving many people lives during disaster situations. Disasters affect not only the wellbeing of family groups and individuals, but also the welfare of communities. In this regard, effective manner of monitoring and scheduling the resources in real time is very essential in post disaster management. Various tasks in a network typically assigned to perform operations such as rescuing and recovering the injured people and gather the information in and around the disaster places which is critical. The data and information, thus acquired, needs to be disseminated for effective scheduling of different resources that are available in such networks. Therefore, Internet based resource monitoring in real time has become an aid for various applications. In this context, for efficient visualization of resource monitoring and scheduling is addressed in this paper using modified banker's algorithm. Effective utilization of the available resources and scheduling them in the most required places of disaster is implemented in android based application and integrated with Google map based web service.
