摘要：
As the market for data services expands both the physical structure and the concept of an Access Network will change. The functionality to be managed and the user's expectations will become more sophisticated and demanding making the development of future management systems ever more challenging. This paper examines recent trends and the future challenges that are faced by developers of management systems for Access Networks.
