摘要：
We report a rare case of submandibular hypoglossal neurinoma. A tumour of around 40 mm in diameter was observed in the submandibular space and removed by subcapsular resection, maintaining nerve connectivity. The patient had no problems with eating or articulation. Surgery preserving the nerve is useful for submandibular hypoglossal neurinoma.
