The key to accurate measurements at low concentrations and to achievingmeaningful detection limits is to establish calibration curves with low-levelstandards. Just about any calibration curve can produce correlation coefficientswhen using high-concentration standards, but these will not provide meaningful,accurate low-level results or detection limits. © 2021 Advanstar Communications Inc..
