摘要
BaTaO2N nitrided from a precursor oxide having a perovskite-type structure and a Ba/Ta ratio of unity, nominally expressed as (Na1/4Ba3/4)(Zn1/4Ta3/4)O-3, shows an apparent quantum yield of 11.9% at 420 nm during the photocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction. This is more than five times greater than those reported for existing BaTaO2N photocatalysts.
