摘要
The concept of design in large, complex information systems is considered as that of design of co-evolving subsystems within an ICT based socio-technical system. In particular the problem of mutability is addressed. Component-based network architecture is then discussed as a mechanism on which to base a co-evolving system. A "linked component" modelling program (Inet) to investigate system topologies is described
