摘要
An adaptive waveform selection algorithm for target tracking systems in wideband environments is developed based on the minimization of the mean square tracking error which can be computed using the Cramer-Rao lower bounds. The performance advantage of the proposed adaptive waveform selection algorithm compared with minimum and maximum time-bandwidth waveforms is demonstrated by simulation examples using various waveform classes.
