摘要：
Outliers detection has always been an important and meaningful research field in Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD), such as credit card fraud, intrusion detection, etc. After analyzing existing cell-based outliers detection algorithms, this paper proposes an improved algorithm. The algorithm reduces the immediate distance compute between objects, and improves the efficiency and the practicability.
