摘要
In this paper, renewable energy and utility grid integrated Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) converter interface is proposed for the Wireless Inductive Power Transfer (WIPT) charging of the Electric Vehicle (EV) energy storage systems. The proposed system uses front end converter to integrate the utility grid via DC-link. Later a buck-boost converter is employed to incorporate the DC-link of the utility grid and the Photovoltaic (PV) source. By operating the converter to achieve the maximum power from the PV source, the total DC-link output of the buck-boost the converter can be enhanced inherently and greater than individual sources. This is useful for achieving the increased power transfer of the WIPT system to charge the EV, since the two sources are connected in a cascade manner. Further, a boost converter employed to inject the wind sources maximum power into the DC-link. The buck-boost converters total DC-link is connected to the WIPT system to transfer power using a high-frequency inverter on the primary system side and a rectifier on the secondary EV side. Another advantage of the proposed system is that it employs an easy control algorithm and does not necessitate any schemes to manage the power. Finally, the performance of the presented system is demonstrated using various simulations and hardware experimental results that are presented in this paper.
