摘要
Experimental data on the thermodynamic properties of the CdTe-ZnTe and HgTe-ZnTe solid solutions were used to determine the regions of their binodal decomposition. The critical temperatures and concentrations of decomposition were found to 407 and 558 K and 0.38 and 0.33 mole fractions of zinc, respectively. Phase diagrams of the Cd-Zn-Te, Cd-Hg-Te, and Hg-Zn-Te systems were constructed. The thermodynamic properties and a diagram of subsolidus states for the CdTe-HgTe-ZnTe system were determined.
