摘要
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) has shown great potential in skin diagnostics. However, many features are difficult to interpret when they appear in conventional two-dimensional ocr images. The OCT technique can also be used for full three-dimensional imaging, which makes image interpretation easier and provides additional information not present in two-dimensional images. Examples of this are the size, shape and orientation of a hair. 3D Ocr images of human skin in vivo are constructed from stacks of 2D slices and allow full spatial reconstruction of the skin and of features present immediately below the skin surface.
