摘要
A simple framework is presented for transmission of constellation supersets, starting from a consideration of differential diagonal unitary space-time modulation (DUSTM), called DUST superset modulation (DUSTSM). The need for extension of previously stated design criteria for DUSTM is demonstrated by DUSTSM achieving full spectral efficiency with good bit error rate (BER) performance in a Rayleigh flat fading channel despite an effective multicylic group construction. Two cases for two different data rates and number of transmit antennas are illustrated in which the performance of DUSTSM exceeds that of DUSTM. Copyright (C) 2005 AEIT.
