摘要：
Agricultural labor's shift to non-agricultural industries is the crux of industrialization, urbanization. What's more, human capital content is an important factor for rural labor getting non-agricultural jobs. This article will measure Hebei human capital investment comprehensively through education, training, health and migration, analyzing problems in non-agricultural employment and offer suggestions according to Hebei human capital's influence on rural labor non-agricultural employment.
