摘要
The purpose of this article is to systematize and summarize the experience of introducing and developing innovative product solutions, R&D systems using the example of network product development. The methodology proposed by the author is determined by the following provisions. A critical flaw in the project is identified and eliminated at an early stage of development, or the development of product solutions is terminated. The process of creating innovative products is seen in the delegation of R&D to specialized companies, vendor stakeholders, contributing to the development of network forms of product development, in particular, the Russian engineering market. Interpretation of the results of the implementation of innovative product solutions using the example of the research Object showed that the technology for achieving the indicators is realizable, the calculation results are comparable. The methodology is based on the principles of cost minimization, optimal number of functions, economic interchangeability, least variety. The author proposes to use indicators to assess the potential: technical feasibility; cost index; execution index; economic indices: economic aspects of costs, complexity of production, assembly, investment costs, etc., comparability index. The application of the proposed methodology is illustrated by the example of the development strategy of a business unit of Russian enterprise in the oil and gas processing and petrochemical industry. The application of the methodology makes it possible to assess the potential for success of innovative product solutions in the aspect of the development of network forms of business.
