Acoustic properties of metals and alloys and plastic-flow stages

摘要：
The ultrasound-wave rate is measured in metals and alloys by the plastic deformation. It is found that dependence of ultrasound-wave rate on the actual stresses during plastic-flow process has a form of a multistage curve; its parts could have both the positive and negative inclinations. The correlation between observed dependences and the stages of plastic-flow curves is discussed.
