摘要
Addition of stretched anisodiametric particles - carbon fibres - to film composite materials (FCM) significantly decreases the filler content for attaining the necessary low level of electric resistance in comparison to filling with particle of isodiametric shape (carbon black disperse graphite). The low electric resistance of FCM is due to the formation of conducting "chains" of carbon fibres. The effect of the macrostructure of the matrix on the electric resistance of FCM is established: the pore structure of the matrix increases the resistance due to a decrease in the number of interfibre contacts. A decrease in the average size of the filler increases the electric resistance of FCM. The dependence of the electric resistance on the temperature has a pronounced nonlinear character, and in cyclic heating to the temperature at which there are no degradation processes in the polymer matrix, the change in the electric resistance is reversible.
