Simulation of Absorption of Electromagnetic Energy by Biological Object in Vessels

摘要
The paper presents computation of specific absorption rate (SAR) for biological object (brain tissue) absorbing electromagnetic energy from the exposure source operating at 900 MHz. Electric field excited by dipole and TEM cell has been considered. A comparative analysis of SAR distribution in a biological object has been carried out for various sources of exposure and in different vessels. It has been shown that biomedical vessels and sources of exposure have influence on the simulation results.
