摘要
With the development of social economy, enterprises' competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to pursue high interests, enterprises tend to ignore the commitment to social responsibility, resulting in many adverse events, such as product quality problems and environmental pollution. In this context, enterprises' commitment to social responsibility is becoming more and more important. At the same time, society's attention to corporate social responsibility has gradually increased. In this paper, the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate performance is studied by using the listed companies in the 2014-2016 of the Chinese manufacturing industry. The study found that corporate social responsibility was positively correlated with corporate performance. In the state-owned enterprises, enterprises which fufull their social responsibilities have better financial performance. At the end of the paper, the author provides suggestions for enterprises improve CSR based performance.
