摘要
Equipped with a basic understanding of QI tools and metrics, neurohospitalists can be prepared to lead multidisciplinary teams in improving how we care for our patients. Knowledge of how the care we provide is measured can facilitate identifying readily available data for measuring project success and help neurohospitalists prioritize improvement efforts that will add value.
