摘要：
The concept of loosely coupling application platforms together through web services is gaining wide acceptance. The business practicality of web services will derive from ensuring that they ride on an infrastructure that addresses the "ilities" and is cost-effective, scalable, and secure. A loosely coupled infrastructure for web services offers a forward-looking way of maximizing the web services payoff.
