摘要
In recent years, Real Estate Industry in China developed and is developing very quickly. real estate industry is indispensable for the urban construction, the human residential environment and strengthen the economic construction. Average Selling Price, Residential Building sold, Buildings under Construction and Buildings Complete all increased very quickly. But at the same there are some problems emerge. Central government put many Macro policies altogether in recent years on the real estate industry, including land, credit, tax, second-hand house and low-price housing policies. In the same period, although the ratio of price's rise dropped a little, but it is still on the high level. The continuous rise of house price will bring two macro risk at least. The paper applied Grey Model and forecast the developing tendency in Chinese Real Estate Industry. And bring forward high price problem and housing structure will be the most important problem in the Real Estate industry developing process in the next few years.
