摘要
With a pearlitic ductile cast iron (PC material) by gas carburizing treatment to a ductile, investigations were carried out about its high cycle fatigue and wear resistance. The high cycle fatigue strength was evaluated by its rotary bending fatigue test. The fatigue strength was improved about 20% greater than in test pieces P material before they are carburized. Furthermore, a better result was obtained in the wear resistance test than in that of austempered ductile cast iron. Those were expressed by the difference of matrix structures.
