One Electromagnetic Launcher Based on Vector Control

摘要
The principle of permanent-magnet synchronous motor can be used for electromagnetic launcher with high thrust and controllability. The magnetic levitation of the mover is realized by the current vector control, the stator excitation currents are controlled to generate two force components in d-q coordinate system for the propulsive or attractive force and levitation force. The integrated control of the electromagnetic launcher is discussed based on the analysis.
