摘要
Small and micro cultural enterprises, as the main production and management part in the cultural industry at the present stage of our country, are numerous, and their ability to absorb employment is strong, while contribution to the economy is small and business operation ability is weak. To enhance the overall strength of the group, we need to actively explore their special development and innovation business models. As a new cultural center of the country, Chengdu gathers a large number of unique small and micro cultural enterprises and gains a rapid development Therefore, the paper chooses several more representative ones in Chengdu at different growth stages as the research objects and extracts elements of their business models. On this basis, the paper explores respectively their business models innovation in order to provide a valuable conclusion of sustainable development for the enterprise group.
