摘要
The photoionization and dissociative photoionizations of carbon tetrachloride have been studied both experimentally and theoretically. In experiments, we have combined the techniques of synchrotron radiation, molecular beam and mass spectrometry to obtain the photoionization efficiency spectra for CCl3+, CCl2+, CCl+, C+ and Cl+. Thus we have measured the appearance energies of these ion fragments, which in turn lead to the various dissociation energies (Do) for CCln+ and CCln. Computationally, we have also obtained the D-0 values by the ab initio Gaussian-2 method. The two sets of D-0 values are in good agreement with each other.
