Estimation of the standard enthalpies of formation of actinide mononitrides

摘要：
The estimation of the standard enthalpies of formation of actinide mononitrides (AnN) using a linear enthalpy model was discussed. The thermodynamic properties of AnN were required in fuel designs and evaluation of fuel behavior. The formation enthalpy showed systematic variation as shown by formation free energy for the isostructural crystalline solids. The standard enthalpy of formation of AnN showed a linear correlation with the properties of trivalent aqueous cation, An3+ at 1600K.
