摘要
We propose and demonstrate 3.129 Gbit/s orthogonal-frequency-division-multiplexing (OFDM) visible-light-communication (VLC) system using 550 nm wavelength green semipolar (20-21) InGaN/GaN mu-LED-array. The produced mu-LED-array has a high 3-dB bandwidth of 1.06 GHz driven at 90 mA. (C) 2021
